New Tech-Enabled Study Rooms

The Library now has several Digital Study Rooms equipped with digital display technology to help your group collaborate on big projects!

How to Use the Tech-Enabled Study Rooms

  • First come, first served
  • Check out a key at the front Circulation Desk using your ƵID card (like normal study rooms)
  • Groups only, no single patrons
  • Rooms may be used 4 hours at a time
  • You may need to bring your own VGA, HDMI, audio, or USB cables for use with your own devices
  • An Operation Guide(.pdf) is provided in each room
  • So far these rooms are225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, and 232 on the 2nd floor, and 324, 325, 330, and 331 on the 3rdfloor

Technology Features

  • Smart 65" or 86” touchscreen display
  • 1 on-board computer provided for touchscreen interactive tools
  • 1 combo HDMI/VGA wall panel interface for direct connection of user’s personal devices (e.g., laptops, tablets, game stations, etc.)
  • 1 Kramer ViaConnect Wireless connection for desktop replication (suitable for video/audio)

  • These rooms are protected by camera surveillance. You break, you buy!
  • Please keep speakers and noise down
  • Equipment and users are subject to , , andƵLibrary Policies
  • Remember to log off and power off devices
